ECOPUD 54 is an aqueous anionic polyurethane dispersion designed for formulating heat-activated adhesives.
This high-molecular-weight product is ideal for applications in industries such as furniture, automotive, footwear, leather, cork, and construction, especially for bonding plasticized PVC substrates.
ECOPUD 54 offers excellent performance when bonded materials are treated with heat (above 65°C) and pressure. It can be enhanced with polyisocyanate crosslinkers for improved thermal stability and resistance to oils and plasticizers.Â
